How would you go about for hiering people. I have don't some in the past and come up short when i needed them the most as i forgot to add things in the contract.. Anyone got a bullet proof contract for hiering designers and coders ?

Have a look at www.rentacoder.com, it takes a while to see what is going on and to get setup but at least you can get some top people for almost any jobs.

I think in this hiring of people.All must be clear first at the start of the project.This will prevent dispute in the future

I dont hire people. I do everything myself. If I cant do it, I learn it.
