1) If the site is intended to be informational rather than commercial,
a .info domain would be more logical than .com.

2) You've failed to specify a DOCTYPE, which will cause the code to
fail to validate.

3) There is no need for second and third level headers with the same
values as the first level header.

4) The presentationalist <b> tag should be avoided if a more specific
purpose of boldfacing, such as to provide strong emphasis, is
intended, and a better tag exists to express this.

I tried a DNS lookup, but the domain could not be found.

At the risk of labouring the obvious for anyone who knows anything
about HTML, and of failing to reach the original poster, who probably
won't bother to read this, Jukka may not always go out of his way to
deal gently with people who spout nonsense in these news groups, but he
knows a heck of a lot about HTML and related topics, and I've learned a
lot from his contributions. Now that Alan Flavell is no longer with us
he may be the most reliable expert who still appears here.
